Salts Mill is a 66-bed care home with full ensuite wet room facilities in central Shipley, Bradford. This picturesque site is prominent, alongside the river Aire and the Leeds and Liverpool canal, north of Bradford and only 12 miles from Leeds.

Project Overview

The site is situated within Shipley town centre, with a corner outlook overlooking the canal walk. This historic waterway, once vital to the manufacturing industries of the north, is now a well kept and frequently used tourist attraction for walkers, cyclists, canoeists and boat cruises. It’s within 0.5m walk of ‘Salts Mill’, a World Heritage site, which includes an art gallery, shopping centre and restaurant complex.
