Bingley Park Care Home is a luxury, dementia-friendly 72-bed residential care facility located on Stoney Ridge Road, just outside Bingley, with stunning views over Cottingley and beyond. Delivered as part of a joint venture with Octopus Real Estate and operated by Tanglewood Care Homes, the project combines Torsion Care’s development expertise with a strong focus on ESG, quality, and comfort.

The home has been meticulously designed to provide a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment for residents living with dementia. Every aspect, from the layout to the colour schemes, has been carefully considered to enhance wellbeing and create a homely atmosphere.

Bingley Park has achieved a BREEAM New Construction rating of Very Good, an EPC rating of A, and is on target for a BREEAM In Use score of Excellent. The inclusion of air source heat pumps, rooftop photovoltaics, and enhanced thermal performance demonstrates our commitment to sustainability and future-ready design.
