York Manor Care Home is a luxury, dementia-friendly 73-bed residential care facility located on Blue Beck Drive, north of York city centre between Rawcliffe and Clifton. Delivered as part of a joint venture with Aedifica and operated by Tanglewood Care Homes, this state-of-the-art development combines exceptional design, operational expertise, and a strong ESG commitment.

The home has been meticulously planned to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents living with dementia. Every element, from layout and colour schemes to interior finishes, has been considered to enhance quality of life.
